Refund policy

Faulty or damaged calculators

If your calculator is faulty, or arrives damaged, email info@manamatauranga.com with your order number and what's happening (a photo helps if it's damaged). We'll arrange for it to come back to us at our cost and send you a replacement. If we can't replace it, we'll refund you in full.

Warranty: 12 months for the MM01 and MM-991ES, and 3 years for the MM82 Plus, from the day it's delivered. The warranty doesn't cover damage from drops, liquid, leaking batteries or misuse.

All of this is on top of your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Changed your mind?

You can return an unused calculator in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll tell you where to send it. You pay the return postage, and we refund the price you paid for the calculator once it's back with us. The original delivery charge isn't refunded.

School and class-set orders

For school orders, contact us directly and we'll sort out any returns with you.
